Providing a gateway from SENT to CAN
From the start, the automotive industry has always employed up to date measurement technology, thus, forcing the substitution from traditional analog sensors to more cost-effective digital data transmission in vehicles. With the introduction of the SENT protocol, safety is also increased when transmitting data from the sensor to the ECU.

关于SENT协议的信息
SENT是指单边半字节传输,是一种新型的数字接口,可连接具有内部数字化的智能有源传感器,性价比高,使用方便,可替代传统的模拟传感器。SENT协议致力于提高从传感器到ECU传输数据的耐久性/品质以及降低其复杂性。当前,SENT协议主要用于汽车工业,当然,也用于其他的一些应用。
- SENT 协议(J2716)是一个开放的标准,2008年由汽车工程协会SAE发布。
- 精简、便宜并且简单的协议,只有三根线-供电=5V,信号低电压<0.5V,高电压>4.1V,还有接地线。线是非屏蔽且非绞线。
- 定向型,在传感器和接收器之间单向连接
- 数据通过4个字节为一个单位来传输,或称“半字节”,脉冲的评估基于下降沿,因此又叫“单边”。信息(半字节值)通过脉冲长度来表示。
SENT协议的数据传输速率取决于以下两个因素:
1. “节拍长度”:在3μs和90μs之间,代表SENT基于时间的单位。
2. “暂停脉冲帧”:定义各帧之间的距离。 - 测量数据包由24个字节(6个半字节)组成,错误检测,状态以及通讯由8个字节(2个半字节)组成,初始的测量数据由快速通道传输。传感器厂商、类型以及校准和配置信息由慢速通道传输。
- 慢速通道没有快速通道传输频繁。

imc CANSAS-C8 是一个高品质的模拟输入模块,具有8路差分通道,可单独滤波、放大以及数字化。使用热电偶和PT100测量温度,可以确保高精度。电压和电流测量也一样,单通道最大采样率100Hz,16位分辨率。这种特殊的通道设计可确保通道之间无干扰测量。

16 channel CAN measurement module for voltage, current (20 mA) and temperature
The imc CANSASflex-SC16 measurement module is a 16 channel CAN bus measurement amplifier that
comprises analog conditioning of physical sensor signals, digitization and output via CAN bus. The multiplexed differential inputs allow (depending on the variant) acquisition of:
- Voltage (100 mV to 10 V)
- Current (20 mA sensors)
- Temperature (thermocouple, RTD/PT100)
Module versions with DSUB-15 connectors support all measurement modes. Versions with alternative
connectors, such as thermocouple inputs, support only these selected modes. The module is available in both short and long housing.

CANSAS-INC4提供4路差分通道,用于事件计数、时间测量或者两者结合。这种模块从增量编码传感器获取频率、RPM以及速度。在软件中可配置磁滞和阈值,用于探测时间和脉冲。

16通道数字输入模块
CANSAS-DI16提供16路数字输入,最大采样率10kHz。数据采集可以采用单字节或者二进制字。模块的输入电压可通过软件设置为5V或者24V。
imc CANSASflex-DO8R / DO16R
8或则16通道模块,可单独作为继电器输出
imc CANSAS-DO8R以及CANSAS-DO16R模块分别提供8路和16路继电器开闭输出,开关开启之后的状态默认为开启。
